Living with Imposter Syndrome

The imposter syndrome arises as a by-product of judgement we place on ourselves, or we receive from others.  Additionally, when we step into new and unknown territories, challenging ourselves beyond our comfort zone; we find ourselves looking for evidence of obstacles. The Imposter syndrome gives a vision of not being good enough. It layouts reasons to disregard our goals.
A great quote to live by is: “Faith is not the absence of doubt nor fear”. Acknowledged the fear, doubts, and thoughts. But take action anyways. Focus on the aspects you can control. Tell yourself, yes, there might be a gap in skills for this next level. But I can acquire these skills. Focus on your hard work. Focus on showing up daily and committed.
