Staying motivated is dependant on where your focus lies. Start your day with gratitude, focus on what is working and the relationships that you have. The reality is that there are 1.3 billion people that are living in extreme poverty, less than $1.25 a day. And if you are reading this, you probably don’t fall in that category.
Secondly, set clear goals and celebrate small wins. Clarity aids in making decisions. Celebrating small wins is a reminder of progress, regardless of how long it takes. Progress assures that you are moving in the direction of your goals.
Lastly, have a support system. Life has its valleys and hills, and tomorrow is uncertain. Have a coach, friends, or family that you can trust. When life knocks you down, be determined to press on forward. A change in perspective will allow you to experience challenges as lessons.
