Attended one of my regular check-ups at the clinic and came across this posting. Here is a list of 99 habits, which you may or may not agree with. But I believe doing most of the items of the list will lead to a life with reduced stress and you’ll be able to maintain a healthier lifestyle. Personal best on the list is #17 and # 18.
Which ones stood out to you?

- Eat vegetables
- Eat a lot of fruit
- Eat whole grains
- Limit sugar
- Limit salt
- Limit fat
- Eat fresh foods, as opposed to processed foods
- Watch your weight

- Eat foods prepared with little or no fat
